We worked with Austin, Stacy, and crew to repair damage from Hurricane Milton to our pool cage. We lost many screens and had some frame damage as well. They got back with us and let us know they were very busy, and we were on their list. I know every contractor was inundated after the storm, but I really appreciated that they at least let us know they wanted our business. Backwater Aluminum repaired our super gutter on the lanai, replaced the screen on the pool cage and repaired the cage following Hurricane Ian damage. The crew was professional, on time and completed the work in a timely manner. All the work was completed as expected without any problems or issues.
